I will get you on my calendar Position: Chemical Compounder / Batch Maker Schedule • Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Compensation • $32.75/hour + shift differential Key Responsibilities Core Responsibilities • Transfer semi-finished product between vessels and tanks, • Perform manual material additions (80–100% of shift), • Work with corrosives, acids, oxidizers, and high-temperature materials, • Stage batches and transport materials using a forklift, • Add dry and liquid raw materials into blenders, • Run multiple processes simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, • Follow batch sheets and complete required documentation (FDA compliance), • Collect samples and coordinate with Quality for approvals, • Manage inventory through WMS systems, • Perform washouts, purges, and changeovers Equipment & Process Operations • Operate automated systems (HMI touchscreen controls), • Transfer raw materials from tankers and prep batch hoppers, • Maintain continuous product flow to production lines, • Support packaging operations through batching and supply Safety & Compliance • Follow all SOPs, GMPs, and safety procedures, • Complete OSHA-required forklift inspections, • Wear required PPE and safely handle hazardous materials, • Maintain a clean, organized workspace Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED required, • Minimum 1 year of compounder/batch making experience (FDA environment preferred), • Chemical mixing and batching experience required, • Forklift certification required, • Experience with WMS systems preferred, • Ability to pass a respirator fit test Skills & Abilities • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, • Comfortable working with automated systems and technology, • Basic math and computer skills, • Strong communication and teamwork skills, • Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, • Paid vacation, sick time, holidays, and parental leave, • 401(k) with company match + profit sharing, • Employee Stock Purchase Plan Why Attend the Event? • Interview directly with our team, • Accelerate your hiring process, • Learn more about a high-impact, high-growth role, • Get real-time feedback and next steps Secure your interview spot today: [INSERT BOOKING LINK] Church & Dwight is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
