The Cloud Security Engineer will play a pivotal role in the cloud security service delivery model. The role combines deep technical expertise, collaboration across internal and external teams to design, implement, and optimize cloud security controls and service lines. The candidate will support both project-based and continuous security initiatives, focusing on securing HOSPITAL's cloud migration, supporting cloud security tool optimization, cloud security processes for the Information Security team, cloud/hybrid controls, automation, and risk-driven security outcomes. Proven experience in securing a multi-cloud environment. Proven experience with Identity and access management in the cloud Proven experience with all security service lines in a cloud environment and the supporting security tools and processes to be successful. Ensure alignment of security architectures with HOSPITAL's policies, standards, and external frameworks such as NIST SP 800-53, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CISA ZTMM, CIS Benchmarks, and Microsoft CAF Secure Methodology, AWS CAF, AWS Well Architected framework, Google CAF Participate in design and governance forums to provide security input into infrastructure, DevSecOps, and cloud-native application strategies. Assist with audits, compliance assessments, risk remediation plans, and evidence collection with internal compliance and external third-party stakeholders. Mentor and support junior InfoSec engineers through documentation, training, and peer reviews. Hands-on experience in security engineering, systems integration, and cloud architecture (Azure preferred). Job Description The Community House Manager (CHM) is responsible for managing group homes for Individuals with developmental disabilities. This professional is responsible for maintaining a safe, supportive, home environment which facilitates the development of independence, empowerment, and self-help skills among Individuals. completes incident reports and works with Incident Management on any investigations, • Understands basics of social services system, Medicaid, ODP waiver programs, ISPs, staffing ratios, etc., • Works directly with family members, support coordinators, medical treatment teams, and others to support Individual goals, • Ensures that all homes comply with the 6400 regulations on a daily basis, • Ensures that safety equipment in all homes is in good working order, including but not limited to smoke detectors, security alarms, fire extinguishers, etc., • Monitors upkeep and maintenance of all assigned homes and files requests with maintenance staff for needed repairs, • Prepares and submits weekly written reports on compliance status for all assigned homes, • Alerts RDs of compliance issues at sites and resolves issues within 24 hours, • Reviews and submits service notes, medical information, and other documentation through KenCCID’s electronic records database, • Conducts required monthly fire drills, reviews outcomes of fire drills with Individuals and staff, and documents status of drills, • Responsible for compliance with federal OSHA standards at all assigned homes, • Remains in compliance with ODP requirements regarding training, physicals, tuberculosis testing, and drivers license Working with Fiscal Issues • Allocates and reconciles petty cash to the DSPs for food, shopping, and necessities for the individual, • Ensures that groceries and all items purchased for the home are audited and delivered, and allocated for the Individual’s use only, • Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of all KenCCID vehicles assigned to homes; monitors vehicle log and GPS reports, reports any damage to vehicles, and ensures that all vehicles are clean and gas levels do not drop below a quarter tank, • Collaborates with fiscal department on all work orders or bids for maintenance services Working with Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) • Ensures that DSPs complete assigned job responsibilities pursuant to their job descriptions and the Individual’s ISP, • Serve as role model and mentor for DSPs in terms of attendance, professionalism, and work ethic, • Align DSP performance with KenCCID mission and values, • Works with scheduling coordinator to ensure that DSPs are available to meet staffing ratios for all assigned homes, • Reviews and approves requests for paid time off and collaborates with HR and payroll on any attendance, timesheet, or benefits issues, • Provides site-specific orientation for all new employees stationed at assigned homes, including training on ISPs, • Provides quarterly site-specific refresher orientation for all employees stationed at assigned homes, including training on ISPs, assessment and medical history, • Observes, measures, and evaluates DSP job performance, utilizing supervision and evaluation tools, • Enforces KenCCID’s standards of conduct and discipline and documents issues where these standards are violated; Job Description Motor Assistance Vehicle Technician (MAVT) Motor Assistance Vehicle Operator (MAVO) SUMMARY: The Motor Assistance Vehicle Technician/Operator (MAVT/MAVO) is responsible for all aspects of patients’ care within the scope of certification. Essential Job Functions • The Motor Assistance Vehicle Technician (MAVT/MAVO) is an integral part of the Virgo transportation team. In this position the MAVT/MAVO transports ambulatory patients to and from residences and or skilled nursing facilities to medical treatments and or appointments, and then return them., • Some of the patients are able to ambulate to our vehicles while other must be moved in their wheelchairs, or are able to move on their electric scooters. No person is to ride the lift while standing, or on the electric scooter. The patients are placed in a wheelchair to go up on the lift, and they are moved inside and secured to the vehicle either on the bench seat or in the wheelchair. Should there be an aide or family member accompanying the patient, they must be secured in the vehicle as well., • The MAVT/MAVO must check to see if any belongings or paperwork must accompany the patient for the transport, and then ensure that it gets dropped off with the patient. For each trip the appropriate documentation must be filled out, and where required, obtain the necessary signatures from the patient and /or facility. In the event monies are to be collected at time of service, a receipt is to be filled out and a copy given to the patient, or the person accompanying the patient., • The MAVT/MAVO must be capable of good oral communications as for every leg of the trip dispatch must be communicated with, as to alert them to the status of the transport.
