The counselor will carry a caseload of students in grades 6th through 12th. The counselor’s role may include supervising psychosocial teachers and psychosocial interns and externs. The clinical team at Quad Prep is highly collaborative, a trait that the counselor must uphold to provide personalized support to each enrolled student. Clinical supervision will be provided by a licensed psychologist or mental health counselor. Essential Job Functions The Motor Assistance Vehicle Technician/Operator (MAVT/MAVO) is an integral part of the Virgo transportation team. In this position the MAVT/MAVO transports ambulatory patients to and from residences and or skilled nursing facilities to medical treatments and or appointments, and then return them. Some of the patients are able to ambulate to our vehicles while other must be moved in their wheelchairs, or are able to move on their electric scooters. No person is to ride the lift while standing, or on the electric scooter. The patients are placed in a wheelchair to go up on the lift, and they are moved inside and secured to the vehicle either on the bench seat or in the wheelchair. Should there be an aide or family member accompanying the patient, they must be secured in the vehicle as well. The MAVT/MAVO must check to see if any belongings or paperwork must accompany the patient for the transport, and then ensure that it gets dropped off with the patient. For each trip the appropriate documentation must be filled out, and where required, obtain the necessary signatures from the patient and /or facility. Israel & Global Jewish Culture Engagement: ● Champion Israeli arts and culture through innovative programming that highlights Israeli society, creativity, diversity, and contemporary life. ● Host Israeli artists, performers, and educators, and integrate global Jewish cultural traditions (Sephardi, Mizrahi, Ethiopian, Ashkenazi, Russian-speaking, and more). ● Work with partners in our sister city, Binyamina, Israel, to coordinate delegations, cultural exchanges, and Maccabi-related teen experiences. JOB REQUIREMENTS: ● Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional experience in arts administration, cultural programming, museum/theater/arts management, or related field preferred. ● Demonstrated experience in designing or managing arts and cultural programming. ● Knowledge of Jewish history, culture, and Israel, with comfort facilitating learning in cultural settings. ● Ability to manage multiple projects and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
