We deal in sales of original and aftermarket parts with an emphasis on headlight/tailights (building of parts, parts assembly, modification, associated work). We have been in business since 2010. The job we are posting calls for a 14-21 hour work week. We are looking for a proactive self-starter who is dependable, hardworking, and organized -- who will be responsible for assembly/dissasembly and modification of headlights for customer order fulfillments. The right person will be highly critical of their own work, pay attention to fabrication detail and work with minimal supervision once directions have been given. The tech will also fabricate led rings, box and label items, and assist with shop organization, among other things. Fabriation experience in shop work or a specialty related trade and dependability are preferred. IF YOU HAVE NO DIRECT OR RELATED EXPERIENCE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. Pay starts at $19 an hour and will rise upon completion of a 6 month probationary period. The specifics include: • Tech/Artisan Work - opening different brands of headlights cleanly, and carefully, and modifying of headlights to accept led rings/strips, etc. Includes painting of headlights and re-sealing, • LED Ring and LED Carbon Fiber Eyebrow fabrication, • Headlight lens swap - entails cutting open headlights, and removing old lenses, cleaning of channel, installation of new lens, replacement of old wiring as needed., • Organizing and unboxing of new products/materials, • Organizing and routing orders according to business need/priority, • Ensuring all orders are completed in a timely fashion, • Assembling misc parts, • Using a Dremel to shave PCB boards/gel to enable parts to fit correctly into plastic lenses, • Gluing parts neatly and cleanly, • Using shop equipment to ensure LED rings and other products are operating within correct voltage specifications, • Perform quality assurance checks, • Wiring of receivers/controllers for use with LED components, • Soldering of parts as needed, • Perform independent tasks based upon general direction Requirements: • Excellent independent problem solving skills, • Excels at manual tasks, • Able to adapt to methodical processes, • Meticulous and organized, • Strong work ethic and solution minded, • Excellence oriented, • Present professionally (phsically and in your communication) Preferred skills: • Prior experience in automotive shops, • Prior fabrication experience Non-Starters: • Frequent lateness will not be tolerated., • Frequent unannounced/unplanned absenteeism will not be tolerated. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance & Operations, this role is responsible for the integrity of Global Citizen’s books and records, the timely execution of month-end and year-end close, and the preparation of consolidated financial statements across multiple international entities. While Accounts Payable and Payroll functions are executed by designated staff, the Senior Accounting Manager maintains ultimate oversight and accountability for these processes and for the accuracy and completeness of all financial reporting. This role also leads the annual audit, Form 990 preparation, Worker’s Compensation audit, and other regulatory compliance requirements. Responsibilities: • Complete daily phone and in-person consultations., • Gather information to accurately identify our customers’ solar needs., • Prepare and share quotes and tax credit information with our customers., • Satisfy all customer questions and concerns about their potential solar installation., • Prepare loan applications for customer completion., • Generate and share contracts., • Sign new customers up for installation and seamlessly transition the project to our permitting team., • Provide after-sales service including courtesy calls and site visits., • Generate referral business. Required qualifications: • At least one year of solar sales experience., • At least two years of B2C and technical sales experience., • Experience generating new business through referrals., • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly disposition., • Ability to relate technical information in easy-to-understand terms., • Ability to travel around the city and work irregular hours including some evenings and weekends., • Ability to shape customer marketing strategies., • Strong technology skills and high fluency in G-Suite and CRMs., • Ability to work independently and under moderate supervision., • Valid NYS driver’s license, held for at least three years, and a clean driving record. Preferred qualifications: • Understanding of consumer psychology., • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish). Benefits/Compensation: • This is a commission-based role with a base pay range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
