Required Experience, Qualifications and Skills • Masters degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related fieldrequired., • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations with at least five (5) years in a senior leadership role., • Proven experience developing and executing integrated brand and communications strategies., • Strong background in fundraising communications and marketing for social enterprise initiatives., • Proficiencyin digital marketing, analytics, and CRM tools., • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives., • Strong project management, organizational, and leadership abilities., • Knowledge of Miami-Dade and Broward County communities and diverse populations preferred., • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) preferred., • Strategic Vision: Develops and executes long-term communications and marketing strategies aligned with Be Strongs mission., • Leadership and Team Development: Builds, inspires, and leads a high-performing communications and marketing team., • Brand Stewardship: Ensures consistency and integrity of Be Strongs brand across all communications., • Analytical Thinking: Uses data and insights to drive communications effectiveness and decision-making., • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works effectively with leadership, development, and program teams to advance shared goals., • Innovation: Identifies creative opportunities for visibility, engagement, and storytelling thatdeepen BeStrongs impact., • Public Representation: Serves as a confident, credible, and professional representative of Be Strong International in the media and community.
