Overview We are seeking an experienced Client Service Executive to join our growing team who can deliver outstanding client service! Are you interested in developing the talent on your team? We are looking for people who are passionate about building relationships with clients, will collaborate with their team to achieve goals, constantly seek improvement and will demonstrate the value Gallagher can provide. How you'll make an impact How will you lead the business? • Service an average book of business of $1.5MM+ in revenue., • Collaborate with designated salesperson responsible for the book of business and proactively make recommendations., • Take a leadership role in the renewal process to ensure the best possible solutions are delivered to clients in high quality and timely manner., • Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage., • Nurture relationships with your buyer in the client organization as well as with the day-to-day client representatives., • Mentor Client Service team members through continuous learning, transparent feedback, and strong talent development., • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met., • Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within your Gallagher systems., • Use Gallagher's technology to improve your productivity and quality., • Utilize your resilient and adaptable mentality in the face of shifting priorities and cultivate internal and external partnerships., • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR - High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience, • Property and Casualty Insurance License, • Up to 25% travel, • Experience handling a book of business over $1.5 million in revenue., • Experience with Transportation indusries including Cargo, Shpping - Large & Complex Account experience. Behaviors: • Must be able to build collaborative and mutually meaningful relationships with internal and external clients, able to facilitate and/or lead group meetings with internal and external clients, and effectively manage/balance multiple and sometimes competing priorities, • Needs to be comfortable analyzing and using data to make decisions, working in a self-directed manner, and to act as a role model for high performance and Gallagher's shared values #LI-LB3 Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
