Job Description BRANCH MANAGER Air Compressor Solutions (ACS) is a full-service distributor for Ingersoll Rand, Doosan, and other leading equipment lines. We specialize in air compressors, generators, and related solutions, providing sales, rentals, service, and parts across El Paso, Juarez, and the surrounding area. We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our El Paso, TX location. This role requires proven leadership in the equipment, rental, or service industry, with a strong background in air compressors, generators, or industrial equipment. The Branch Manager will oversee all branch operations, including sales growth, service delivery, rental readiness, inventory management, financial performance, and team leadership. What You’ll Do * Lead and manage all branch operations: sales, rentals, service, and parts. * Own branch P&L performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. * Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely service, high-quality rentals, and availability of parts and equipment. * Coach, mentor, and schedule technicians, service advisors, and support staff. * Ensure rental fleet units are inspected, repaired, and ready for the next customer. * Partner with customers to resolve issues and build long-term relationships. * Maintain safety, compliance, and operational excellence across the branch. * Stay current on industry trends, equipment advancements, and competitor activity. What We’re Looking For * Industry experience is required: air compressors, generators, industrial equipment, or rental/service operations. Candidates without relevant industry knowledge will not be considered. * Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience in a related field (branch management, rental operations, or service leadership). * Strong understanding of P&L, financial reporting, and performance metrics. * Service-oriented leader who can inspire teams and exceed customer expectations. * Proficiency with computer systems (Excel, Word, ERP/operating systems). * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Forklift operation experience preferred. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
