Job DescriptionDuration: 612 Months Contract Work Model: Hybrid Locations: Englewood, NJ / Philadelphia, PA / Tampa, FL Job Summary We are seeking an experienced QA Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing initiatives across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining test strategies, managing QA teams, ensuring high-quality releases, and driving automation using modern testing tools and cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage end-to-end testing lifecycle including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting, • Define and implement test strategy, automation framework, and QA best practices, • Manage and mentor QA engineers, SDETs, and offshore/onshore testing teams, • Drive test automation initiatives using Selenium and Playwright, • Oversee database testing, data validation, and backend integration testing, • Collaborate with development, product, DevOps, and business stakeholders, • Ensure test coverage, quality metrics, and release readiness, • Work with Azure DevOps / cloud environments for CI/CD pipeline testing integration, • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans for project delivery Required Skills & Experience • 8+ years of QA experience with recent experience as Test Manager / QA Lead, • Strong expertise in End-to-End Testing Strategy & Delivery, • Hands-on experience with Selenium Automation Framework, • Experience working with Playwright automation tool, • Solid experience in Azure / Azure DevOps environments, • Strong knowledge of Database Testing (SQL queries, data validation, ETL testing), • Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery models, • Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills Nice to Have • Experience in API Testing (Postman / Rest Assured), • Exposure to performance or security testing, • Prior experience managing distributed QA teams Work Model • Hybrid role with onsite presence required at one of the primary locations:, • Englewood, NJ, • Philadelphia, PA, • Tampa, FL Flexible work from home options available.
