Primary Focus: The primary role of the Material Handler/Forklift Driver is to provide all required materials to each department before they are required. Specific Accountabilities: • Operates forklift equipment as required, ensuring that safety standards are followed., • Moves raw materials to production lines as assigned. Ensures that supplies arrive in proper quantities as scheduled., • Conducts all materials handling procedures in accordance with established Company policies and procedures and safety regulations., • Place all materials in the designated area., • Ensure that all parts have been accounted for based on the pick list., • Check off all delivered parts before the end of your shift., • Communicate with Supervisors to ensure clear lines of communication., • Multi-task and prioritization in accordance with company daily schedule and requirements., • Accurately update the inventory management system to reflect real-time inventory status and facilitate easy tracking., • Perform periodic audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies with the Inventory Analyst team., • Monitor and report any material damage or discrepancies., • Proficiency with computer-based inventory systems, including MRP/ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar, preferred)., • Ability to accurately enter, track, and reconcile inventory data within MRP/ERP systems., • Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly and navigate digital workflows efficiently., • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) for material movement, inventory accuracy, and production support., • Comfortable generating reports, analyzing data, and troubleshooting system discrepancies within ERP environments., • Other duties as assigned.
