A project superintendent's role is to effectively monitor, direct, coordinate, and maintain full control of all field matters. To work as a team with all project managers, architects, engineers, Inspectors, to an effective management team to complete the projects assigned to them in budget and on schedule. In addition to responsibilities of field operations, assist in training, mentoring, and developing new superintendents. This is an opportunity for a long term position and to join a growing company. Responsibilities Review and be familiar with all plans, contract documents, specifications, shop drawings, scopes of work and submittals to identifying and clarifying any discrepancies Help develop the overall master schedule with the project manager prior to construction and manage that schedule throughout the project including the creation and maintenance of 2 week look-ahead schedules Develop and maintain the site logistics plan for the project Review and assist in developing scopes of work for each subcontractor Conduct preconstruction meetings with all subcontractors prior to beginning each phase of work Direct field operations to operate according to the plans and specification in an efficient and professional manner Manage, supervise, and inspect all work performed on site Conduct weekly job site meetings to review job progress, schedules, and job site safety Participate in progress meetings with the team and clients Follow up on RFls, submittals, shop drawings Schedule all required inspections from local authorities Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly Manage any rapid changes in schedule and design Maintain daily and weekly reports Administering the safety program for the project Conducting and ensuring quality control in accordance with the plans and specification Maintain a set of as-built drawings throughout the project Qualifications 8 (+) years’ experience in commercial construction with ground up experience Must be willing to travel nationwide up to 85% of the time Must have a valid and current Electrical Sate Journeyman License or Maser License to be considered for this position Must be able to pass company driving, background and pre-employment drug test qualifications Must have a current and valid drivers license Must attend first-week orientation and training will be conducted in person at the Fort Worth, TX office Experience with developing schedules and calling in inspections Ability to read construction plans / drawings Experience with large and small commercial projects consisting distribution centers, retail space, gas stations, etc Ability to schedule and supervise multi-tasking work of a multi-member team Individual should have required and proven knowledge in commercial building and construction and related sectors Compensation and Benefits PTO 401(k) match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance HSA and FSA Disability & Occupational Accident Insurance Company - Paid Life Insurance Policy Employee Assistance Program (EAP) World - class paid training program to learn the skills for long term career success

The Role We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Traveling Apprentice Electrician to fill multiple roles through our traveling projects in multiple states. The Electrical Apprentice will install, maintain and trouble shoot multiple types of electrical systems found in commercial and industrial locations and work under a licensed Journeyman. Our ideal candidate is eager to learn, possesses a strong work ethic, and has a genuine interest in pursuing a career as an electrician. Responsibilities • Perform regular installation of electrical duties, • Work with and assists electricians on more difficult projects, • Perform electrical wiring or repair work, • Read blueprints Requirements • Background & Drug Screening: Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening., • Travel: Must be willing to travel nationwide up to 85% of the time., • Travel Pay: When assigned to travel you will additionally be compensated with weekly Per-Diem, Milage, and Travel time., • Orientation: First days of orientation and training will take place in Fort Worth, TX (Required)., • Experience: 4-10 years as an Apprentice or Tradesman in a commercial setting., • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; 5+ years of experience in heavy commercial electrical work strongly recommended., • Technical Skills: Experience with conduit bends, wire pulls, high-voltage circuits, generators, transformers, and switchgear., • Blueprints & Codes: Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, specifications, codes, and electrical formulas., • Safety & Certifications: Apprentice license required; OSHA 10 or 30 preferred; knowledge of OSHA lock-out/tag-out, NFPA-70E, and National Electrical Code., • ID Requirements: Must have two valid forms of ID for employment., • Preferred Training: At least 4 hours of formal NFPA-70E training, including arc-flash dynamics, hazard analysis, and PPE requirements.
