Key Responsibilities: • Property Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of both residential and commercial properties, ensuring properties are well-maintained and tenant issues are addressed promptly and professionally., • Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Handle lease renewals, evictions, and manage lease agreements., • Lease Management: Oversee the execution of lease agreements, ensuring all terms are met.
