The Opportunity: Technical Assembler II-Electrical Your Role: The Technical Assembler II performs a variety of complex builds for our diverse customer base. Tasks may consist of working from production blueprints, digital work instructions, parts lists, and verbal instructions to perform various electrical assembly functions as needed, based on customer requirements. Precise Tool & Manufacturing Inc. is currently recruiting for CNC Mill Operator on the Night Shift. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Read Blueprints - Use prints to set up machine for production., • Set Up CNC Mills – Perform basic set up operations according to specifications or work order., • Operate CNC Mills, • Follows prints and directions to produce required quantity of parts., • Follow all safety rules regarding machine operation and proper guarding., • Responsible for taking care of routine machine maintenance and keeping work area in neat condition., • Deburr - Use various tools such as hand grinders, files, roto-burrs and sand cloth to remove burrs from parts., • Inspection of Parts - Check parts produced to inspection criteria., • Move Parts, • Move raw material to machines for finishing using pallet jack or by hand., • Move finished parts to boxes or pallets., • With a quality work ethic, functions as a member of a customer-driven quality team whose goal is to ensure that product quality requirements established by the customer have been achieved., • Holds oneself accountable for doing whatever is needed to meet the commitments made around project outcomes., • Maintains adequate levels of performance and motivation despite job tasks that are routine, repetitive, and/or non-stimulating., • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directives., • Ability to work well under pressure, to adhere to deadlines and the ability to be flexible., • Thorough operational knowledge and skills of specific equipment to be operated, including inspection equipment., • Ability to operate assigned equipment safely and efficiently., • Ability to keep record of time spent and material used., • Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers and gages., • Ability to read drawings and blueprints and be familiar with common machine tools., • High School Diploma or GED, • Vacation, • Sick Days, • Holidays, • Health Insurance, • Dental Insurance, • Vision Insurance, • Life Insurance Precise Tool & Manufacturing Inc. is a Drug-Free Workplace.
