Location: Bronx, NY 10451 Setting: Outpatient (FQHC) Specialty: Primary Care + HIV • Size: 4-5 exam rooms (smallest site), • Patient Flow Daily: 15 MAX (after their first year done there - they give them a ramp up for the first year on daily patient flow), • Clinics are open from 8 to 8:30pm Schedule: • Three morning/daytime shifts: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, • Two evening shifts: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, • On - Call: 2 weeks or 1 week attached to a holiday for a year. (extra pay for this), • EMR: EPIC Requirements: • At least 2 years of experience of primary care exp., • Preferred HIV, Trans, LGBTQ etc., • DEA, • Can apply Medicaid and Medicare, • Interview Process: 1 round with HR and Hiring manager from the site Union Scale Pay Rate • 2-3 years: $127,491, • 4-6 years: $135,140.46, • 7-9 years: $143,248.89, • 10+ years: $151,843.82 About Us, • Client is the global leader in LGBTQ+ healthcare. About the Role Clinical Care • Conduct patient screenings, examinations, diagnoses, and treatments across the lifespan., • Provide care that is respectful, compassionate, unbiased, and consistent with evidence-based guidelines., • Deliver care in scheduled 20-40 minute appointments and ensure timely follow-up on patient needs, test results, and referrals., • Document all care promptly in the electronic health record (EPIC)., • Make appropriate internal and external referrals., • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and case conferences., • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including continuing medical education.
