Location: Bronx, NY 10451 Setting: Outpatient (FQHC) Specialty: Primary Care + HIV • Size: 4-5 exam rooms (smallest site), • Patient Flow Daily: 15 MAX (after their first year done there - they give them a ramp up for the first year on daily patient flow), • Clinics are open from 8 to 8:30pm Schedule: • Three morning/daytime shifts: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, • Two evening shifts: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, • On - Call: 2 weeks or 1 week attached to a holiday for a year.
