This position plays a key role in fueling our continued growth by prospecting, consulting, and delivering smart commercial insurance solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate brings energy, confidence, and a consultative sales mindset, with the ability to close opportunities while building long-term client relationships. Key Duties Lead Management: Handle both inbound and outbound leads to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Client Education: Educate clients on insurance products and coverages as their trusted advisor. Relationship Building: Actively build connections with clients to generate valuable referrals and opportunities for cross-selling. Marketing & Outreach: Provide marketing support to promote insurance offerings across the nation. Sales Administration: Administer sales processes, including accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and record-keeping.
