Those stories are part of what makes this such a special place to work. \n Job Overview \n As a Customer Experience Colleague, you will create exceptional, personalized shopping experiences for our customers. You’ll prioritize customer satisfaction by actively engaging with shoppers across all touchpoints - both in-store and online - and drive cross-category sales to support overall business goals. With a deep understanding of fashion, fit, and function, you will make tailored product recommendations and leverage digital tools to enhance the customer journey. You also will work across different departments daily, often transitioning between multiple areas throughout the day. \n In this role, you’ll also play a key part in client relationship building through outreach tools like My Client and social media. Your collaborative approach with peers, store leaders, and brand partners will help identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and elevate the overall customer experience. In addition to service and selling, you’ll support operational excellence through floor readiness, event execution, merchandise setup, and opening/closing procedures. \n A positive, can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-caliber service will be key to your success in this role. \n How our Selling Colleagues spend their day… \n\n • Our colleagues begin each day energized and ready to make an impact.
