ABOUT THE JOB As part of the PATH Enterprises, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine duties as assigned for a wide variety of repairs, preventative maintenance, faco; out upkeep and safe operation of People Assisting the Homeless owned and leased facilities. Assignments may include painting, plumbing, HVAC, simple electrical work, light construction, documentation of repairs.
