Job Description Lighthouse is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team of professionals. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You will anchor shifts across both sides of the day, dialing in espresso in the morning and running beverage service in the evening — while setting the standard for the team around you. You have worked with coffee as well as experienced in night time hospitality and comfortable making drinks, serving tables and running a busy evening floor. But beyond the craft, you are the kind of person who genuinely lights up when a guest walks in. You remember names. You make people feel welcome without being performative about it.
