Pay Structure Our Furniture Retail Sales Associate pay structure is different in the sense that your pay rate is hourly but it can be just as rewarding if not more than a traditional, commission-based salary. As an hourly employee you have an opportunity to earn between $20-$45.00/ hour. ($41,600 - $93,600 annually) This pay scale is still based on performance, but by converting the pay to hourly it provides a way for our entire sales team to live with a more stable income (consistent, bi-weekly paychecks) resulting in less financial stress and unpredictability. We are not your typical law firm, and by joining us, you will have the following opportunities,and many, many more, at your disposal: As an Intake Manager, your responsibilities will include: • Receive and respond to potential client calls, • Communicate with potential clients via phone and email, • Schedule and calendar initial client meetings with attorneys, • Manage Intake Specialists, • Provide feedback on performance to members of the Intake team, • Track close rates and prepare daily weekly intake reports for management We are looking for Intake Manager with the following qualifications: • 2+ years of intake, customer service, or sales experience, • 1+ years of management experience, • College degree, • Law degree is a huge plus, • Legal experience preferred, but not required, • Must be extremely comfortable speaking on the phone to clients, • Outgoing and looking forward to working as part of a team, • Excellent written and verbal skills, • Capable of working in a fast paced environment, • Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required Benefits: • Paid time off and paid holidays, • IRA Plan with company contribution match, • Medical, vision, and dental insurance, • Parental leave, • Opportunities for ongoing training and mentoring by our outstanding team, • Opportunities to advance and grow within the firm
