Job Description This hybrid position requires the candidate to be available to work in person in our Atlanta office. We come in 3 days per week, but support flexibility as needed. We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not currently able to sponsor work visas. We are seeking a talented, experienced, and passionate Product Manager to join our high-performing team and contribute to the continued growth of our dynamic company. The Product Owner at AMP, an NCS company, plays a pivotal role in both leading and driving cross-functional teams to develop and grow the AMP point-of-sale and marketing platform. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on native mobile applications and mobile-responsive websites. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on native mobile applications and mobile-responsive websites. This individual also possesses a strong digital acumen and is experienced in Agile methodologies to manage and maintain the backlog, create story maps, write epics & user stories, support QA, and assist with mobile app releases. Collaboration, problem-solving, and the ability to work in ambiguity are important qualities, as well as the ability to communicate with key stakeholders on project progress, risks, and completion. Our platform includes mobile and tablet apps, kiosks, web apps, and data and analytics. We are technology agnostic and leverage modern frameworks and cloud infrastructure such as React, React Native, Azure, AWS, Snowflake, NodeJS, .NET, and more. What You’ll Do… • Work closely with the Product Management Team to understand and execute the vision, objectives, and strategy, then translate the needs into the agile process to deliver outcomes, • Track metrics around team goals and organizational needs, • Raise flags for teams or individuals potentially affecting iteration progress, • Call out interferences that can jeopardize goals and milestones, • Keep team members engaged, involved, and informed, • Maintain data integrity, completeness, and accuracy in team tools for work tracking and reporting, • Promote collective team ownership of story completion and sprint goals, • Help the team understand and commit to goals and follow through accordingly, • Escalate impediments that need resolution Required • 5+ years of professional Product Owner or similar experience, • Strong communication skills - can communicate the most valuable information with the least amount of effort, • Strong and practical understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and tools, • Lead various projects for cross-functional and matrixed organizations, • Able to influence and coach the organization on continuous improvement, • Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about delivering great experiences to customers, • Structured in planning and coordination, • Strong written and oral communication skills, • Desire to help teams deliver greatness, • Understand how to radiate information outward, • Driven to serve a team and keep the business moving Benefits you deserve: • Highly competitive salaries, • Potential equity interest in a rapidly growing company, • Generous PTO policy and holiday schedule, • 401K plan with company matching, • Located at Atlanta Tech Village, the 4th largest tech space in the US, • World-class engineering team with an incredible track record, • Team-building events, outings, and hackathons, • State-of-the-art workspace and hardware, • Strong focus on community service and volunteering
