Job DescriptionJoin Our Warehouse Team Step into a role where every shift matters. As an Order Fulfillment Forklift Specialist, you will keep products moving, orders accurate, and the warehouse running safely and smoothly. You will rotate across tasks daily, from picking and packing to receiving, inventory, and housekeeping, and you will take part in daily huddles and safety meetings. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm Pay: 17 to 20 dollars per hour Overtime: May be required based on business needs; advance notice will be provided whenever possible. A Day in the Life At 12:00 pm, you join your team huddle to review priorities and safety topics. You grab your RF scanner, confirm the first set of orders, and head to the pick locations. Throughout the afternoon, you shuttle pallets using sit-down and stand-up forklifts and a reach truck, verify items against packing lists, and stage outbound shipments with accurate labels and documentation. A truck arrives with inbound product, so you switch gears to unload, inspect for damage, and put away stock in the right bin locations. Before the shift ends, you help with a cycle count, tidy your area, and lend a hand training a new teammate on best practices. Every action builds speed, accuracy, and safety. What You Will Do • Use an RF scanner to pick and pack orders with precision; verify items and quantities before sealing shipments., • Receive, unload, and inspect inbound goods; document discrepancies and damage; label and store items correctly., • Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, a reach truck, pallet jacks, and related equipment to move and stage materials safely., • Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, periodic checks, and timely reporting of discrepancies., • Prepare shipping labels and paperwork; load and unload trucks for both outbound and inbound activity; ensure every pallet is sealed and clearly labeled., • Follow quality control procedures; identify and report defective or damaged items., • Keep aisles and work areas clean and organized; sweep, stack, and remove debris to maintain a safe environment., • Partner closely with teammates and supervisors to hit goals; assist with onboarding and training when needed.What You Bring, • High school diploma or equivalent., • Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus., • Comfort operating forklifts and pallet jacks and adhering to safety standards; current forklift certification or licensing preferred., • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment tasks., • Basic computer and scanning skills for inventory and order tracking., • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
