Description: The Phambassador Youth Program Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Phambassador Youth Greeter program. The Phambassador Youth Program Supervisors will oversee the scheduling of the Phambassador Youth Greeters, serve as on-site supervisors for up to 10 Phambassador Youth Greeters, as well as provide ongoing support and training to the Phambassador Youth Greeters. Phambassador Youth Program Supervisors will be assigned to a Philadelphia Visitor Center location for the duration of the program. Hours and Schedule: During Greeter Training: Approximately 20 – 30 hours between June 1 and June 19th. (Youth Program Supervisors will assist with preparations and onboarding of Phambassador Your Greeters) During the Program period: Approximately 30 hours per week for the program period from July 22 to July 31. (Youth Program Supervisors will oversee 4-hour Greeter shifts, 5 days per week. Supervisors will be scheduled within the Visitor Center locations operating hours which are 9 am to 6 pm, 7 days per week.)
