Come and join us. Job Title: External Sales Representative - Premium Chocolate Corporate Gifts Location: Remote with occasional travel to Dallas, TX sales office for meetings and events. Can work remotely from: NY, NJ, MA, TX, FL, CA & IL. Employment Type: Full-Time, Salary plus Commission Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced External Sales Representative to drive growth in our corporate gift division for Läderach North America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in corporate gift sales, and will be responsible for developing new business relationships while maintaining and expanding existing accounts in the premium chocolate gift market. What you can expect: • You will actively prospect and develop new corporate accounts through cold calling, networking, and referrals, • You will conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations to corporate clients, • You will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including HR managers, executive assistants, marketing directors, and procurement teams, • You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction, • You will meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs, • You will develop customized gifting solutions based on client needs, budget, and brand requirements, • You will coordinate with internal teams on custom orders, packaging, and delivery logistics, • You will maintain accurate records in CRM system and provide regular sales reports, • You will attend trade shows, corporate events, and networking functions to generate leads, • You will stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions What we expect from you: • You have a minimum of 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, with **mandatory experience in corporate gift sales, • You have demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, • You have experience selling to corporate accounts, particularly HR departments, marketing teams, and executive offices, • You have a strong understanding of the corporate gifting cycle and seasonal purchasing patterns, • You have excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, • You are self-motivated with ability to develop your own leads, work independently and manage own territory - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits, • You have proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, • You are able to lift and transport product samples (up to 25 lbs.)
