Qualifications 3+ years of retail management experience. Proven experience managing a team of 2 or more employees. Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or boutique retail preferred. Permanent jewelry welding experience required. Strong sales ability with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
