Who We're Looking For: EmpiRx Health is experiencing unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in role in managing and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your attention to detail and ability to handle a high volume of transactions will be essential in supporting our company's financial operations during this exciting period of growth. What You'll Do: As an Accounts Payable Clerk, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities; here are a few key responsibilities: • Invoice Management: Receive, verify, and process invoices for goods and services., • Payment Processing: Prepare and process, credit card payable, ACH credit, electronic payments, and wire transfers., • Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies., • Vendor Relations: Maintain and update vendor files and communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues., • Expense Reports: Process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies., • Month-End Closing: Assist with month-end closing procedures and provide necessary reports for audits., • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements., • Record Keeping: Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of organizational financial information., • 3-5 years work experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role., • Associates Degree required, Bachelor Degree preferred, • Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles., • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software, with specific experience in Oracle ERP., • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail., • Ability to handle a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • High degree of accuracy and organizational skills. Total earnings may also include various incentive options. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, education, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
