    Optician Eye & Son World is looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused, and reliable Optician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while assisting clients with eyewear selection, measurements, fittings, and other optical needs. Key Responsibilities • Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, frames, lenses, and other optical products based on their needs and preferences, • Take accurate measurements and assist with frame fitting and adjustments, • Explain lens options, coatings, features, pricing, and proper eyewear care, • Read and interpret prescriptions accurately, • Assist with dispensing and releasing completed eyewear orders, • Ensure eyewear is properly fitted, comfortable, and meets customer requirements, • Perform basic repairs and adjustments when needed, • Maintain accurate customer and order records, • Assist with inventory management, product displays, and stock replenishment, • Process sales transactions and ensure accurate payment handling, • Provide professional after-sales service and address customer concerns, • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming optical area, • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily store operations Qualifications • Previous experience as an Optician, Optical Assistant, or Eyewear Sales Associate is preferred, • Knowledge of eyeglasses, lenses, frames, and basic optical terminology, • Strong customer service and communication skills, • Detail-oriented and able to perform accurate measurements, • Friendly, professional, and approachable, • Reliable, organized, and willing to learn, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment, • Sales experience is an advantage, • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when required What We Offer • Competitive compensation, • Training and opportunities for professional development, • Friendly and supportive work environment, • Opportunities to develop skills in optical services, sales, and customer care, • Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available How to Apply Interested applicants may submit their resume and include their relevant optical, healthcare, retail, or customer service experience, as well as their availability.

Job Summary The Remote Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the residential treatment home's daily activities. This role supports management and clinical staff by coordinating schedules, maintaining confidential records, handling communications, and assisting with general office operations while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally. Schedule meetings, appointments, and staff calendars. Maintain accurate electronic client and administrative records while ensuring confidentiality. Prepare reports, letters, spreadsheets, and other documents. Assist with data entry, document filing, and record management. Coordinate virtual meetings and take meeting minutes when required. Monitor office supplies and assist with purchasing requests. Support onboarding and administrative tasks for new employees. Communicate with staff, vendors, and external partners in a professional manner. Perform other administrative duties assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
