Job DescriptionJob Title: IT Financial Analyst Job Type: W2 Contract – 12 months Location: Trenton, NJ Schedule: M – F, 40 hours per week Pay Rate: $ 40 – 46 / hour, DOE Position Overview: The FP&A Analyst supports the financial planning and forecasting process through data analysis, reporting, and business collaboration. This role provides critical insights to guide decision-making, improve financial performance, and ensure alignment across departments. Key Responsibilities: • Forecasting & Budgeting Support: Assist in preparing and consolidating monthly forecasts, accruals, annual budgets, and long-range plans. Maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic planning., • Reporting & Variance Analysis: Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets. Identify key trends and provide actionable insights., • Data Management: Gather, validate, and organize financial and operational data from multiple systems and stakeholders to support reporting and planning activities., • Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including accounting, procurement, and operations—to gather inputs and ensure alignment on financial assumptions., • Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support business cases, investment evaluations, and strategic initiatives.Required Qualifications:, • High School Diploma/GED and 7+ years of experience managing financials for IT systems or software productsPreferred Qualifications:, • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from an accredited institution, • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling; experience with Power BI and SAP preferred, • Ability to manage financials in a complex, global business environment, • Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate complex business problems into clear financial insights, • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsPride Global offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
