Key Responsibilities • Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning., • Business Partnering: Collaborate with project managers, principals, and business unit leaders to provide insights on project and office-level performance., • KPI Development: Track and report key performance indicators (utilization, profitability, backlog, etc.) to monitor financial health and operational efficiency., • Scenario & Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to evaluate risks and opportunities., • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting. Experience in professional services or project-based industries (AEC, consulting, engineering) preferred., • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus., • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills (experience with BI tools such as Power BI, BI analytics)., • Proven background in developing and analyzing project performance and project cost along with resource and capacity plan modeling., • Experience working on M&A valuation at the organizational level., • Internal Mobility & Career Advancement, • Healthcare for you and your family including spouse coverage: Medical, Dental, Vision & Prescription insurances.
