Job Description Open Positions We are currently seeking passionate, qualified healthcare professionals for the following roles: • Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)-$21-25/ hour, • Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)- $38-44/hour, • Registered Nurses (RNs)-$48-56/ hour What We Offer (All Positions) ✅ Competitive Pay Rates – Industry-leading compensation based on experience and credentials ✅ Flexible Scheduling – Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available ✅ Weekly Pay – Reliable, on-time payment every week ✅ Premium Shift Differentials – Enhanced rates for nights, weekends, and holidays ✅ Variety of Settings – Hospitals, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and more ✅ Professional Growth – Opportunities to expand your skills and advance your career ✅ Dedicated Support – Responsive team available to support you every step of the way Position-Specific Requirements Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications: • Current, valid New York State CNA certification, • Current CPR/BLS certification, • Compassionate, patient-focused attitude, • Ability to assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), • Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, and feeding, • Monitor and record vital signs, • Assist with patient mobility and transfers, • Support nursing staff with daily patient care activities, • Maintain a clean, safe patient environment Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications: • Current, valid New York State LPN license, • Current CPR/BLS certification, • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome!), • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills, • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RN/physician, • Perform wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures, • Document patient information accurately and timely, • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes, • Educate patients and families on care procedures Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications: • Current, valid New York State RN license, • Current CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred for acute care settings), • BSN preferred; ASN/Diploma acceptable with relevant experience, • Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (specialty certifications a plus), • Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans, • Administer medications, IV therapy, and advanced treatments, • Supervise and coordinate care provided by LPNs and CNAs, • Perform complex nursing procedures and interventions, • Maintain accurate clinical documentation per facility standards, • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care, • Serve as patient advocate and family liaison General Requirements (All Positions) • Authorized to work in the United States, • Ability to pass background check and drug screening, • Current tuberculosis (TB) screening, • Proof of required immunizations (including COVID-19 vaccine or approved declination), • Valid government-issued photo ID, • Social Security card, • Reliable transportation to assignment locations across New York State, • Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements (All Positions) • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, • Capability to lift and move patients (up to 50 lbs with assistance), • Manual dexterity for patient care tasks, • Visual and auditory acuity to monitor patient conditions, • Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations Ideal Candidate Profile We're looking for healthcare professionals who are: • Patient-Centered – You put patients first and provide compassionate, dignified care, • Reliable – You show up on time and honor your commitments, • Team-Oriented – You collaborate well with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment, • Adaptable – You can adjust to different facility settings and patient populations, • Professional – You maintain high ethical standards and clinical excellence How to Apply Ready to take the next step in your healthcare career?
