Job DescriptionJob Title: Production Lead Job Description As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day quality control and test activities, internal safety protocols, and best practices for the Quality/Electrical testing departments. The Team Coordinator is responsible primarily for their team’s performance, ensuring all personnel are executing the daily plan. This role will be responsible for leading a team of 5 technicians, ensuring daily quality inspections align with established work instructions, guidelines, and other internal quality requirements. Responsibilities / Job Overview: • Job title: Team Coordinator, • Location: Jacksonville, FL (northside), • Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm (M-F) - overtime available, • Pay: $23/hr, • Manufacturing facility (non-climate controlled), • Assist in training team members on quality control procedures, inspection standards, and safety protocols., • Identify and communicate non-conformances and trends to the Floor Lead to drive informed decision-making., • Provide ongoing coaching to reinforce best practices and maintain high-quality workmanship., • Answer questions, help solve problems, and provide encouragement to all team members, • Work closely with Training Coordinator to ensure training documentation is up to date., • Responsible for communicating goals and deadlines and ensuring priorities are being executed throughout the day, • Ensure adherence to standardized work procedures and best practices for quality control and inspection., • Perform daily Post-QC activities on finished products, • Support accurate and timely completion of quality-related documentation, including inspection reports, RMA logs, and test equipment checklists., • Assists in managing inventory and stock of consumables, including keeping detailed record of inventory use and advising Floor Lead on ordering when necessary., • Assists in maintaining tool inventory and calibration dates., • Completes inspection reports for Returned Units in a timely manner, • Leadership experience within a warehouse or manufacturing facility is preferred., • At least 6 months of experience with electrical wiring and fabrication in a manufacturing facility., • ISO 9001 experience is a plus., • Basic Computer skills; Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, • Bilingual English/Spanish, spoken and written, is strongly preferred. This is a contract-to-hire position (90 days) with benefits offered while on contract.
