We host events throughout the year for our firm, celebrate performance, create opportunities for advisors to be recognized, and offer four agency-paid trips each year, including two international trips. Advisors who qualify not only earn those experiences but also unlock additional resources and opportunities that can help them keep growing. We are looking for licensed, competitive, coachable professionals who want more upside, more autonomy, and a place that feels different from the typical advisor role. Compensation: $98,500 - $120,000 at plan commission per year Responsibilities: • Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products, • Compile each client’s financial information to determine financial goals, financial status, cash flow, and financial expectations, • Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor, • Synthesize and present financial recommendations and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives, • Create customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs, • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial goals are understood and met., • Develop personalized financial plans that align with clients' objectives, leveraging our comprehensive suite of services., • Provide ongoing advice and support to clients, adapting strategies as needed to meet changing circumstances., • Current professional license CPA, or CFP (Certified Financial Planner license from Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards) and FINRA Series 7 and 66, is required, • Relevant knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is vital, • Exemplary communication skills, math skills, relationship skills, and customer service skills are vital, • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required, • Life & Health Insurance license required (we can support you if you’re in process)., • SIE / Series 7 / Series 66 preferred (required within the first year if not currently held)., • Strong communication skills and comfort in business development., • Backgrounds that often translate well: sales, BD, real estate, mortgage, banking, insurance, military, athletics, or prior financial services.
