Job Description Yost & Campbell Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking an experienced administrative professional to manage our active service agreements. This role is responsible for renewals, billing accuracy, payment processing, account updates, and customer communication related to our Comfort Club program. This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working inside billing and CRM systems, and experienced handling customer accounts and payment processing. What We Offer: • Competitive Pay: $19-$22 per hour + bonus, • Weekly Pay, • Full Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, and more, • 401(k) with 4% Company Match, • Paid Training, Vacation, Personal Days & Holidays, • Employee Referral ProgramWhat You’ll Be Responsible For Managing renewals and billing for our annual service agreements * Processing customer payments and updating billing information * Contacting customers regarding declined payments or expiring cards * Maintaining accuracy of pricing, terms, and compliance in ServiceTitan * Auditing memberships and linked jobs for accuracy * Monitoring deferred revenue and account status * Coordinating with dispatch and service teams to ensure proper scheduling * Handling customer inquiries related to billing, renewals, and program benefits * Managing cancellations and non-paying accounts appropriately Qualifications We’re Looking For * 2+ years administrative, billing, or account management experience * Experience processing payments and updating billing information * Comfortable working in CRM or ERP systems (ServiceTitan experience a plus) * Strong attention to detail and data accuracy * Confident handling customer account conversations professionally * Ability to manage high volume with consistency and organization Schedule
