WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:The Coordinator, Office of the CEO supports the Founder & CEO and the Associate in the Office of the CEO in running the Office of the CEO. This role serves as the CEO’s left arm, providing dynamic support across research, strategy, project management, communications, and operations. This role sits at the center of the company’s decision-making engine and the Coordinator plays a central role in preparing briefings, driving strategic projects, managing information flow, working with colleagues across the Project Healthy Minds team and with external stakeholders, and serving as a representative of the CEO in both internal and external contexts. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate across a wide range of stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, Advisory Council, major donors, senior leaders, and external partners. The role is intentionally structured as a training ground for future leadership positions within the Office of the CEO and/or other areas of the organization, offering exposure to strategic decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-level processes.
