Physician signature management u2022Track and obtain signed plans of care (POCs) from ordering medical personnel (e.g., Physician, Nurse Practitioner) u2022Manage physician order tracking in myUnity u2022Support clinical team in assembling initial POC packets and submitting for timely signatures. u2022Assemble and submit re-certification POC packets with required paperwork and request physician u2022approval on behalf of clinical teams. Location Support u2022Assist with coordination of day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace. u2022Management and maintenance of documentation and records. u2022Submission and tracking of requested documentation and records. u2022Coordinate logistics for meetings, events and office functions. u2022Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain optimal functionality. u2022Assist in answering incoming calls and ensuring accurate messages are taken and given to the appropriate staff member. u2022Mail distribution to appropriate staff member or department. u2022Process invoices according to branch location guidelines. u2022Perform other duties as needed to support location needs. Personnel Support u2022Support various personnel functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping. u2022Coordinate fingerprinting needs for any relevant contracts to ensure timely completion. u2022Assist with recruiting activities. u2022 Ensure the security, accuracy, and completeness of caregiver personnel files to include: o Verifying and maintaining caregiver credentials (licenses and certifications). o Creating and providing monthly evaluation and skills report to Director(s). u2022Serve as a backup to payroll processes during the absence of the Client Service Supervisor or Executive Director, as needed, ensuring continuity and accuracy in payroll operations. Requirements u2022High school diploma or GED u2022Two (2) years general office experience u2022Proficient typing skills u2022Proficient Microsoft Office skills Preferences u2022Private duty, home care or health care experience u2022Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Other Skills / Abilities u2022Must always maintain company and employee confidentiality. u2022Must maintain professional boundaries at all times. u2022Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. u2022Attention to detail. u2022Time Management u2022Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution u2022Excellent organization and communication skills Physical Requirements u2022Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English. u2022Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 25 pounds. u2022Prolonged sitting, walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting. u2022Must be able to sit and climb stairs. u2022Must have visual and hearing acuity.
