Foreman Electrician Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise a team of electricians on commercial job sites., • Plan and coordinate electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks., • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and standards., • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members., • Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and report on job status., • Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide solutions., • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial electrical work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role., • Strong leadership and team management skills., • Excellent knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations., • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams., • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail., • Good communication and organizational skills. 2. Journeyman Electrician Responsibilities: • Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work on commercial projects., • Follow blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical codes to complete tasks accurately., • Collaborate with the Foreman and other team members to ensure project goals are met., • Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with industry standards., • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues effectively., • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
