Job Description IT Support Technician Location: New Orleans Region, Louisiana – Onsite We're adding an IT Support Technician to our Metairie-based team to provide hands-on support and project assistance for our MSP clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of technical troubleshooting, fieldwork, and client interaction. You'll split your time between resolving day-to-day IT issues, working on-site installations, and contributing to MSP client infrastructure improvements. Job DescriptionDetailed Description The Supervisor III position at Netsync is an essential leadership role focused primarily on the installation of network hardware infrastructure across educational and professional environments. This is a hands-on installation-focused role that supports day-to-day oversight of field technicians and ensures the successful execution of all project deliverables. Candidates must possess strong field experience, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of structured cabling and network equipment installations. The selected candidate will act as an assistant project coordinator (PC) and key liaison between the field teams and project leadership. This role includes mentoring by Supervisor III's and Area Supervisors, and is designed for experienced professionals who are ready to grow into more advanced leadership positions.
