Essential Job Summary:: In this field-based role, the HR Partner reports to the VP or HR Director to partner with HR and the business to deliver HR Services. You will deploy key HR initiatives, providing responsive employee support, and driving HR functional excellence and process continuous improvement. Promptly handle such investigations to identify corrective solutions that will mitigate reoccurrence. Make recommendations to the business on disciplinary actions as applicable., • Ensure policies, practices, processes, and guidelines are ethical and compliant with laws and regulations. Assist with drafting, implementation and interpretation of policies, processes, and guidelines.
