Job Description This position is located in Trenton, NJ. Five days in the office will be required in the office until fully trained. Once fully trained, position will be a hybrid position.. This person provides backup and support to the Manager and workload management to other team members. Help establish and document system processes and procedures. Handle customer service for diversified, multiple level accounts from a customer service standpoint. Maintain superior customer service and proactive Inventory Management practices for the client. Understand stock accountability. Control clients’ inventory while monitoring procedures to ensure accuracy and quality. Develop client specific documentation and presentations. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Effectively manage the flow of material within the THG organization for their clients. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:, • Process orders, post receipts and handle customer requests., • Maintain inventory levels and accuracy of items in stock., • Track shipments for various orders, i.e. conventions, etc., • Meet deadlines on stock related items, • Provide superior customer service to customers., • Recommend and help implement measures to improve quality of service., • Analyze current stock levels to identify potential shortages or excesses of assets, and determine appropriate repair or replenishment action., • Serve as a resource for technical questions regarding inventory management systems and Hibbert procedures., • Develop and participate in special departmental/company projects or inventory initiatives, as appropriate., • Supply trending report analysis to client contacts as requested., • Develop and utilize quality control checklists., • Monitor and maintain reporting for their accounts and for the department., • Manage and reconcile open order report., • Cross-train within team for improved backup coverage., • Cross-train within functions to provide support on basic function related tasks., • Interface with appropriate personnel within the logistics chain to organize and expedite inventory shipments, transfers, purchase orders, and reconciliation orders in support of depot level maintenance activities., • Manage lot control product expiration and specific regulated attributes in inventory management system, • Monitor storage and distribution of temperature control requirements for regulated product, • Monitor AOD for specific product/account turnaround requirements., • Manage AOC process and compliance., • Working knowledge of program enhancements such as MedPro, Veeva, and Ohio TDDD., • Partner effectively with production and warehouse to insure stock reconciliation., • Recommend and implement process improvements., • Attend Team, Account and Customer meetings as required., • Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and adhere to all ISO 9001 related standards., • Establish and execute effective test plans, acceptance and regression., • Execute effective test plans, acceptance and regression., • Gather, interpret and communicate requirements – business and technical levels., • Ensure delivery, integrity and quality of work., • Transition (to client, coworkers, etc.), as necessary, to ensure successful outcomes., • Comply with all safety policies and report any safety issues immediately to a manager., • Comply with all privacy policies and report any privacy infractions immediately to a manager., • Displays behavior and judgment that consistently upholds Hibbert ACT values., • Excellent customer service skills., • Intermediate-Advanced level knowledge on Microsoft Office Products – (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), • Excellent prioritization and organization skills with attention to detail and quality., • Excellent understanding of stock accountability and inventory systems., • Ability to work effectively as a team member toward general results., • High level of experience and knowledge of inventory management systems and willingness to learn new technologies., • Strong math skills, • Excellent problem solving skills, • Strong interpersonal and communication skills., • Demonstrate working proficiency of the English Language., • Effectively communicate with, but not limited to, English speaking employees/other business contacts (contractors, customers, vendors, etc.), • Successfully comprehend business materials written in English (job assignments, instructions, etc.), • Ability to learn cGMP requirements as it relates to their role -- required prior to working on cGMP service lines. High School Diploma/ GED Required. Moderate lifting to 40 lbs. EXPERIENCE: One-year prior customer service or related experience preferred.
