We want you to join our dedicated team as a Preschool Teacher! As a Pre-School Teacher (K3), you will create and deliver a developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool-aged children. Your duties include fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, monitoring and documenting student progress, and maintaining classroom organization. You will work closely with parents and other staff to support each child's educational journey. A CDA, TCC, or degree in Early Childhood Education and at least one year of preschool teaching experience is required. Duties • Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that stimulate and engage 3-year-olds., • Create a safe, inclusive, supportive classroom environment that encourages social interaction and independence., • Observe and document each child’s developmental milestones and progress, sharing insights with parents and guardians., • Implement strategies to manage behavior positively and effectively, promoting a harmonious classroom atmosphere., • Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in ongoing training and development., • Create and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschoolers., • Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment., • Monitor and document student progress., • Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness., • Engage students in creative activities. Requirements • CDA, TCC, or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field., • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education., • Experience in curriculum planning., • Bilingual abilities., • Minimum of 1 year of experience in preschool education., • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children, especially 3-year-olds, in an educational setting., • Strong communication skills and building meaningful relationships with young children and their families., • A nurturing and patient demeanor with a genuine passion for early childhood education., • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
