Brand Influence Building & Communication • Drive brand visibility and influence across multiple channels and consumer groups, ensuring a clear and distinctive brand image., • Plan and execute storytelling initiatives, value proposition communication, and cultural messaging to strengthen market recognition and customer loyalty., • Develop and execute online and offline promotional events (product launches, holiday campaigns, membership activities, cross-industry collaborations) in line with the annual brand plan., • Draft event proposals, design workflows, and manage budgets to ensure seamless execution., • Plan and execute campaign strategies on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and TikTok., • Write promotional content and collaborate with design and media teams to produce campaign assets., • Oversee event setup, including materials, venue coordination, and process supervision., • Maintain order at event sites, ensuring a high-quality customer experience., • Work closely with Operations, Design, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align event needs and details., • Compile and analyze event performance data (attendance, sales conversion, social media engagement, etc.)., • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Brand Management, Integrated Marketing Communications, Business Analytics, or Digital Marketing., • Hands-on experience in brand influence building and communication, with a proven ability to translate brand values into effective messaging; successful brand building and communication case studies required., • 2+ years of experience in brand promotion, event planning/execution, or marketing operations., • Proven track record in successfully planning and executing online or offline events., • Familiarity with both online marketing channels and offline event workflows, with end-to-end project management skills., • Strong execution ability and communication skills; capable of driving collaboration across multiple stakeholders., • Solid copywriting ability and commercial aesthetic sense; able to produce promotional content independently., • Proactive, responsible, resilient under pressure, with a strong sense of innovation.
