Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the day-to-day operations of a high-volume, multi-specialty practice and laboratory, while providing safe and compassionate care to adult patients., • Facilitate smooth patient flow and care coordination across all specialties., • Provide efficient intake and rooming assistance to patients, by verifying medical and medication history, including wellness and care management screenings, and confirming visit purpose., • Perform point of care testing according to practice protocols and assigned specialty., • Collect blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis., • Assist physicians with patient assessments and exams, as needed., • Monitor clinical supply; stock and facilitate ordering and participate in ensuring compliance of emergency and clinical equipment., • Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a medical assistant in an outpatient or multi-specialty clinic or relevant setting, • Strong phlebotomy skills, • Self-motivated, flexible and ability to work both independently and in a team environment., • EPIC experience, • High school diploma or equivalent (Required), • CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) or RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) Certification from a Nationally Accredited Association (NHA) (Required) Salary Range: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered for this position at the time of this job ad and may be modified in the future.
