Responsibilities • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including hospitals, clinics, senior centers, social workers, discharge planners, faith-based organizations, and community groups., • Conduct in-person visits with at least 5 accounts or contacts per day, including scheduled meetings or at least 20 cold calls, • Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and networking activities., • Deliver engaging presentations about our services to professionals and families., • Drive brand awareness and client acquisition in your assigned territory., • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure consistent messaging and quality follow-up., • Keep accurate records of outreach activities and submit regular reports., • Collaborate with internal staff to coordinate care for referred clients., • Act as a liaison between clients, referral sources, and the company to ensure satisfaction and strong ongoing relationships.Qualifications, • Minimum 5 years of sales experience preferably in healthcare, home care, or community-based services., • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and sales goals., • Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills., • Must be comfortable driving daily to multiple locations., • Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle., • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in the field., • Passion for community work, senior care, or helping vulnerable populations is a strong plus.Preferred but not Required, • Experience working with senior populations, or social services., • Knowledge of the local area and existing network within healthcare or senior care sectors., • Background in event coordination, outreach programs, or advocacy work.Why Join Us?, • Mission-driven organization making a real impact in the lives of families, • Supportive team culture with room for growth, • Mileage reimbursement, • Training and development opportunities, • Performance-based incentives
