Position Overview: We are seeking an Experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead high-profile commercial projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role requires a proven leader who can manage complex projects valued at $10M–$50M+, mentor project teams, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Reporting to the Director of Construction, this position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of both projects and people. Key Responsibilities: • Direct all phases of construction projects, including pre-construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout., • Manage project budgets, forecasting, pay applications, change orders, and cost controls to ensure financial performance., • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; hold project teams and subcontractors accountable to key milestones., • Coordinate closely with Development, Estimating, and Accounting teams to align resources and deliverables., • Lead and mentor Project Managers, Coordinators, and field staff, fostering professional growth and accountability., • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, trade partners, consultants, and municipalities., • Proactively identify risks, resolve conflicts, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track., • Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance across all projects., • Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management., • Demonstrated success managing ground-up projects in the $10M–$50M+ range., • Strong proficiency in project scheduling software (Microsoft Project or equivalent) and cost management systems., • Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills., • Ability to establish and maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, and client satisfaction., • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred., • Ground-up medical facility construction (hospitals, clinics)., • Senior living facilities (independent and assisted living)., • Education projects (K-12 schools, universities, training facilities)., • Base salary: $110,000–$125,000, commensurate with experience., • Project-based bonus opportunities., • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k)., • Clear path for career advancement within a growing organization., • A collaborative and supportive company culture that values professionalism and results.
