Job Description About Venari Unlimited Venari Unlimited is a solutions-driven building materials platform focused on premium window & door systems, waterproof wall panels, and engineered architectural products. We partner with builders, developers, architects, and contractors to streamline material sourcing, reduce friction, and deliver smarter construction solutions. As we expand into underserved regional markets, we are seeking independent sales professionals who want to build a territory with real backend support and uncapped upside. The Opportunity This role is designed for experienced, self-directed sales professionals operating through their own LLC who want maximum earning potential without a base salary or benefits structure. You will function as an independent contractor, responsible for cultivating relationships, managing opportunities, and closing business within an assigned territory — while leveraging Venari’s internal support systems. This position can be structured as part-time or full-time, depending on availability and performance. Compensation Structure 100% Commission | 1099 (Contracted through Your LLC) • 20% of Gross Profit on all qualifying sales, • No base salary, • No draw, • No benefits, • Commissions paid monthly, • Payment issued after verified customer payment and project completion Support & Lead Pipeline This is not a “figure-it-out-on-your-own” role. Venari Unlimited provides: • A pipeline of warm, pre-identified leads that require cultivation and follow-up, • CRM access and deal tracking, • Estimating, pricing, and proposal support, • Product training and sales materials Key Responsibilities • Cultivate and convert warm inbound and outbound leads, • Develop relationships with builders, general contractors, developers, and architects, • Identify projects early in the design and planning phase, • Promote and sell Venari Unlimited’s full product portfolio, • Coordinate closely with internal estimating and support teams, • Manage pipeline, activity, and follow-ups within Venari’s CRM, • Represent Venari with professionalism, clarity, and a partnership-first mindset Ideal Candidate • Operates (or is willing to operate) through their own LLC, • Strong background in construction materials, windows/doors, or architectural products, • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and communication skills, • Comfortable managing warm leads and longer sales cycles, • Entrepreneurial, disciplined, and self-directed, • Able to commit on a part-time or full-time basis What This Role Is — and Is Not This role IS: • High-upside and flexible, • Supported by internal systems and warm lead flow, • Built for experienced, accountable sales professionals, • A salaried position, • A benefits-based employment role, • A short-term or passive sales gig Contract Structure • Engagement governed by an Independent Sales Representative (1099) Agreement, • Contractor is responsible for all taxes, insurance, licensing, and business expenses, • Confidentiality and non-solicitation provisions apply Territories Available Multiple void / expansion markets with growth potential. Territory structure and exclusivity determined based on experience and performance.
