Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Case Manager to join our trauma-informed care initiative. This program supports probation and pretrial individuals through evidence-based practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The ideal candidate will have direct experience in behavioral health settings, applied behavior analysis, and trauma-informed interventions. You’ll be responsible for facilitating therapeutic sessions, collaborating with justice system partners, and tracking client outcomes using structured documentation and CBT-based models. This is a part-time, 1099 contract position with flexible scheduling. You may also serve in a backup or on-call capacity to support continuity of care. Duties and Responsibilities • Conduct assessments to identify behavioral and emotional needs of justice-involved clients, • Develop individualized treatment plans using CBT, MRT, and applied behavior analysis, • Facilitate group and individual sessions following MRT curriculum protocols, • Collect and analyze client progress data and adjust treatment as needed, • Provide direct therapeutic support related to mental health, trauma, and behavioral challenges, • Maintain medical documentation and clinical records in accordance with HIPAA and County standards, • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including probation officers, social workers, and community partners, • Refer clients to community services (e.g., BEW Comprehensive Behavioral Health) for wraparound care, • Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and program meetings, • Engage in outcome tracking and quality assurance to support clinical excellence, • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, • MRT Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days), • Demonstrated experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), • Strong group facilitation skills and trauma-informed care experience, • Familiarity with justice-involved, reentry, or probation-based behavioral health work, • Experience in clinical counseling, behavior management, and data collection, • Familiarity with psychopharmacology and its behavioral implications is a plus, • Illinois clinical license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT)– required, • Meets criteria for Mental Health Professional (MHP) under Illinois Medicaid, • Experience working in probation or correctional settings, • Hourly rate based on qualifications and experience, • Flexible weekday or evening hours Complete our application here: Deadline: September 24, 2025 Questions?
