Job Description Mechanical Quality Inspector • As a Mechanical Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products through thorough inspections and analysis., • Utilize various measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to accurately measure dimensions., • Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or abnormalities in the products., • Analyze test data and inspection results to identify trends or areas for improvement., • Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions., • Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures., • Document inspection findings, maintain accurate records, and prepare detailed reports for management review., • Performing and Approving the quality of raw materials before manufacturing begins., • Read and understand blueprints and specifications., • Accept or reject finished items, removing all products and materials that fail to meet specifications., • Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products.
