Principal Responsibilities: • Auditing and Monitoring, • Perform annual compliance department risk assessment to develop annual department work plan, • Design data tracking systems to detect, monitor, audit and track data to aid in identifying risk areas and correct non compliances, • Prepare compliance audit data by compiling and analyzing internal and external data, • Manage audits of federal and state exclusion sanctions lists for employees, vendors and clients, • Monitor annual and new hire compliance and HIPAA training, • Review and audit revenue billing cycle functions including but not limited to, ABNs, standing orders, charge master, and denials, • audit findings, communicate to and recommend corrective strategies to agency, • Establish and refine, as needed, systems to effectively audit and monitor CPL compliance with rules and regulations applying to laboratory operations., • Compliance Inspections of CPL laboratories and phlebotomy locations, • Using established inspection tools to identify non-compliances and prepare written report, • Provide guidance for corrective action, track completion and monitor success. Job Duties: • Solder surface mount components (Fine pitch, SOIC etc.)., • Solder through-hole components., • Perform visual inspection of PCBs for IPC-A-610 workmanship requirements., • Perform inspection tasks using microscopes, calipers, and micrometers., • Perform visual inspection of PCBs for IPC-A-610 workmanship requirements., • Inspects for visual cosmetic, dimensional, and fit & function compliance., • Approve finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work., • Maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products; recording quality results., • Familiar with electronics components: resistors, capacitors, diodes, inductors, transistors, ICs, etc..., • Experience soldering surface mount and through-hole components to IPC Class 3., • Experience inspecting surface mount and through hole solder per IPC-A-610 Class 3 workmanship requirements., • Good working knowledge of ESD and IPC-A-610 class 3 workmanship requirements., • Familiarity with J Standard or Mil-cert is beneficial., • Expected to read and comprehend process documentation including Bills of Materials and Assembly drawings., • Expected to communicate well in English both verbally and in written format., • Component Identification Ability required., • Candidates should be very organized with the ability to keep count of parts. 1.
