The Assistant Director Facility Management is responsible for identifying compliance issues with all applicable regulatory requirements for the facility infrastructure and safety procedures, such as HVAC, Boilers, Electrical, Elevator, Plumbing, Sprinkler, Fire Alarm Control Panels, Fire Extinguishers, Egress, and all service and testing required by applicable regulatory requirements.
