In return, we offer: • $180k - $220k base salary, • Bonus potential, • Medical, dental, vision insurance, • 401k with match, • PTO, • Paid holidays, • Last week of the year holiday shut down, • 9/80 Schedule - Every other Friday off Who you are: • Bachelors degree, • 10+ years of experience in Aerospace and Defense, • 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, • 3+ years of experience as a manager or lead What you will be doing: • Develop and maintain positive relations with company clients. Ensure client satisfaction with company execution, deliverables and support., • Lead program management staff in the execution and delivery of multiple aerospace, space, military, and commercial programs, • Provide technical and management leadership for successful delivery of development programs, including new product development, product customizations and modification efforts, • Responsible for execution of and adherence to program requirements, schedule and budget targets and successful delivery of program deliverables., • Manage department activities to contractual deliverables and carefully monitor program scope, action and risk items, • Responsibly interface with and represent company interests across clients, prospects and other company stakeholders, • Provide requirements flow-down, technical risk assessments and risk reduction activities, • Support new and existing business development, proposal and quoting submissions, • Hands-on with assembly, integration, testing of hardware, and on-site integration support with customers, • Lead, develop and execute successful and cost-effective design and manufacturing solutions that leverage high performance products, materials, and technologies as needed to meet program / project requirements., • Responsible for recruitment needs, performance reviews, and training needs for direct reports and their staff, • Read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, project report documents, specification, statements of work, and technical analysis reports, • Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of program and engineering released documents and deliverables., • Ensure a smooth transition of new product releases from engineering to production including complete, timely and accurate product build package., • Responsible for ensuring success of company-wide continuous process improvement activities and monitoring of adherence and execution of effective quality policies, procedures and work instructions, • Develop or update procedures, policies or work instructions related to program management and engineering activities, • Support compliance certification initiatives, including successful completion of DO-178 and DO-254 certifications, • Monitors department expenses in accordance with budgetary objectives and holds departmental costs within guidelines, • Organize, prioritize, and allocate department work assignments of assigned responsibilities, • Ensure department adherence to company human resource management policies and procedures, • Support development of company strategic vision and initiatives and participate in tactical and strategic company meetings, • Travel to support client meetings, trade shows, sales opportunities or other company activities (<10%) Benefits • Bonus potential, • Medical, dental, vision insurance, • 401k with match, • PTO, • Paid holidays, • Last week of the year holiday shut down, • 9/80 Schedule - Every other Friday off - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
