Job Description Gopuff is seeking to hire a Delivery Operations Specialist to play a pivotal role in day-to-day management of our W2 driver program, driver employee management, and the experience differentiation of our W2 driver program. The Delivery Ops Specialist will work cross-functionally in tight coordination with Driver Growth, Driver Marketplace, W2 driver Site Leaders, HR, and Driver Support to ensure that we deliver appropriate staffing levels at our W2 driver locations; that W2 Driver onboarding is an efficient and frictionless process; and that W2 drivers have the appropriate employee experience they expect.
