All new hires begin with paid hands-on training at our headquarters in Atlanta (Woodstock, GA). During this training, housing and food are fully covered by the company. The training period typically lasts 612 weeks, depending on each individuals experience level and performance. Experienced crews may complete training in as little as 24 weeks before returning to Jacksonville to begin full-time work in their local market. Training pay is $18$23 per hour, and this rate applies only during the short training period.
